The Youth Commission is pleased to offer the following FREE Counseling Services for Dedham Youth and Families:
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy services for youth in Dedham are available. When appropriate, family counseling is also available.
Youth Groups
Throughout the year, youth can participate in peer groups that focus on various issues such as self-esteem, interpersonal skills, and healthy habits.
Parent Workshops
We offer workshops for parents to participate in for support in engaging with their youth or learning more about mental health barriers facing youth today.

- To find a job
- To find volunteer services
- To find ways to keep busy after school/during the summer

The Youth Commission can assist with all these issues directly or through referral.
