Candidates running in a local election must file two campaign finance reports with the Town Clerk*:

  • Pre-Election Report: Due on or before the 8th day preceding the Town Election
  • Post-Election Report: Due on or before the 30th day following the Town Election

*Each candidate who appears on the Town Election ballot must file campaign finance reports with the Town Clerk as outlined above, even if the candidate only uses personal funds and did not raise money from outside sources.
