The Dedham Police Department is sharing the following Press Release (linked below) from the District Attorney's Office regarding the tragic event that occurred on Jackson Pond Road last December. Following a comprehensive investigation into the death of Mr. Pattillo, the District Attorney has determined the actions of the Dedham Police officers were justified and reasonable based on the facts of the circumstances. In keeping with Dedham Police Department Policy, an additional administrative review into the case was completed by the Daigle Law Group.  This administrative review concluded that officers complied with Dedham Police Department policy.
