Swim Aides

The Town of Dedham is hiring Swim Aides to help our Instructors with swim lessons. The position helps the swimmers with swim and safety skills, demonstrates proper swim techniques, guides the swimmers during the class in improving their swimming skills, and helps with setup and cleanup before and after classes. The successful candidates will work well in a team working to teach outstanding swim lessons.  Must be 14 years of age or older.
