- ITEM #2 14 PEARL STREET: Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install 6 new single pane wood “Brosco” 6 over 6 true divided light windows in the rear ell of the dwelling facing Norfolk Street. One additional window on the rear face of the dwelling, not visible from the street.
- ITEM #3 12 CHURCH STREET: Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to address a series of miscellaneous changes to the exterior appearance of the dwelling as documented in the Application form and series of attached photographs.
- ITEM #4 683 HIGH STREET (ALLIN CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH): Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the gutter and related downspouts at the roof overhang at the left and right hand side entrances to the church. Deteriorated fascia board and related adjacent wood trim boards to be replaced, as required, with “Azek” composite material. Gutter to be fiberglass in similar size and configuration as existing.
