PROPOSED MEETING – PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

ITEM # 1                Approval of minutes from the meeting of May 23, 2023

ITEM # 2                53 SCHOOL STREET:

                                Replacement of existing roofing with new black asphalt shingles to match existing installation pattern and spacing.

ITEM # 3                14 PEARL STREET:

                                Reconstruction of the existing chimney stack. Existing bricks to be removed, cleaned and re constructed in height, configuration and detail to match existing.

ITEM # 4                43 CHURCH STREET: (DEDHAM MAIN PUBLIC LIBRARY)

                                Miscellaneous repair work to the granite steps at the main entry on Church Street. Also the installation of new handrails in compliance with the handicapped access code.

ITEM # 5                59 CHURCH STREET:

                                Replace all existing gutters with fiberglass in same configuration as existing wood gutters.

                                Remove existing and replace exterior combination storm windows with new replacements.

                                Re-paint dwelling.

ITEM # 6                Commission re-appointments for the upcoming 1, 2, and 3 year terms.
