7:05 p.m. Discussion and vote on conceptual design recommendation; the design firm, Halvorson | Tighe & Bond Studio will present the final draft conceptual design - Phase 1. Public comment on Phase 1 will also take place during this agenda item.
8:00 p.m. Discussion and vote on Phase 2 conceptual design; Halvorson will present. Public comment on Phase 2 will also take place during this agenda item.
8:15 p.m. Discussion and vote to have Halvorson provide cost estimates for Phase 2, which is in addition to the originally negotiated scope of services
8:30 p.m. Preparation for June 6 public meeting at Dedham Middle School where the final conceptual design will be presented to the public
8:45 p.m. Discuss summer outreach to town boards and committees to inform them of the project's progress. This will be at roughly the 25% design phase
