Contact the Dedham Council on Aging at 781-751-9495 to reserve your spot. First come, first served! Covid-19 boosters MAY be available at this clinic.

Please bring your medical insurance cards and your Covid-19 vaccine administration card(s) with you to the clinic for registration. 

If you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms or are feeling ill, PLEASE STAY HOME. DO NOT COME TO THE CLINIC.

If you are a homebound resident in need of a flu vaccine or have additional questions, please contact the Dedham Public Health Nurse at 781-751-9220.
