Vote to Issue Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for project design firm – Discussion with Director of Procurement Rana Mana-Doerfer and Engineering Director Jason Mammone. Review scope of traffic study. Discuss the calendar for advertising the RFQ, and the response date.

8:00 p.m.        Discussion: Town Manager’s view of the support he asks from the Working Group.  Working Group’s comments on support needed from staff.

8:15 p.m.        Demolition of Existing Police Station – Town Manager and Engineering Director will give update on plan.

8:25 p.m.        Funding: Review the funding sources for the project.

8:40 p.m.        Set meeting calendar for September and October.
