Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a new dwelling on the vacant lot.

Prior to review of the application and a public meeting with abutters, the Commission will hold a scoping session (this evening) with the homeowner and any representatives.

ITEM # 4                671 HIGH STREET: (Dedham Community House)

                                Continuing discussion regarding the replacement of railings on the East and West porches

                                Update on granite stair proposal.

Commission discussion and recommendations for the revised design of the proposed dwelling at this site.
