The Dedham Annual Flu Vaccine Clinic will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at the Dedham Middle School, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 

The 2021 Annual Flu Vaccine Clinic is open to everyone, ages 5 and older, with or without health insurance. Pre-Registration is required and can be done online. To register online, please scan the QR code on the flyer below, or click on the flyer to access the registration page:
