Dear Town Meeting Representative,

If you have not already done so, we strongly urge you to attend this virtual training session to learn both the Zoom Webinar format and the voting and speaking protocols. The first half-hour of training will be designed for beginners and be focused on using the Zoom Platform. Intermediate Zoom users can join at half past the hour to learn the security, speaking and voting procedures. We have attached a Zoom Cheat Sheet to help you log on to the trainings if Zoom is new to you. Please try to log on ten minutes early to get your connection set before the training starts.

If you have already indicated via the recent survey that you will need assistance, town equipment, or accommodations, we will follow up with you separately. If you need assistance and have not completed the survey, please do so by clicking this link http://bit.ly/DTMSurvey

Important Message from Moderator Dan Driscoll

Our virtual Town Meeting is around the corner on Monday, November 30th. As you know by now, this Meeting will be held on Zoom in order to keep everyone safe. We have had five very successful trainings and we thank those that have participated. But there are still some of you who have not joined us. You may face difficulties being recognized to speak or voting if you are attending the Zoom meeting and have not been through the training, so we ask you to please join us. Thank you.
