Proposed exterior changes, not limited to siding to be painted white and a reverse gable to be constructed at existing entry.
174 Washington Street – Halfway Café
Proposed reface of 37.5 sq. ft. pole mounted wall sign and +/- 9 sq. ft. digital display sign.
110, 200, 210, and 214 Elm Street and 119 Quabish Road – WS Development (Legacy Place)
Revise and amend the Legacy Place Sign Program, define and clarify the use of “murals”, as well as propose design changes to the existing pylon signs on Providence Highway, primary monument sign at the corner of Providence Highway and Elm Street, and a small monument sign on Elm Street.
