ITEM # 1 Approval of minutes from the meeting of June26, 2019

ITEM # 2 914 HIGH STREET

Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install new wood garage doors at the open shed at the rear of the property. Door specification sheet are shown on attached drawing, under separate cover.

ITEM # 3 269 HIGHLAND STREET: DCD – Herrick House)

Ratification of approval given by Commission chair to change the color of the shutters being re-painted from Black to ‘Essex Green’

ITEM # 4 76 CHURCH STREET: (St. Paul’s Nursery School)

Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the metal staircase at the rear of the building, (Visible from Court Street), with new wooden code compliant stairs. Commission ratification is requested por time sensitive approval given by Commission chair.

ITEM # 5 5 KINGS COURT

Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to re-roof the building with new asphalt shingles of similar color to existing.
