Dedham Trails Day is set for Sunday, August 4th from 10am-1pm at the Dolan Recreation Center, 269 Common St. Dedham Trails Day is a family friendly festival featuring environmental, health and outdoor vendors, as well as kid friendly activities such as face painting, bouncy house, arts and crafts. Dedham School of Music will be providing live music during the event and L.L. Bean will be offering free kayak demos.
The festival celebrates Dedham’s Trails on land and water by highlighting them through a 5K Trail Run/Walk and Sprint & Splash – 5K Trail Run and 1 Mile Paddle on the Dedham Water Trail. Registration is live at www.active.com. More information about the event can be found at www.dedhamtrails.com.
