ITEM # 1 Approval of minutes from meeting of January 23, 2019

ITEM # 2 34 SCHOOL STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the deteriorated front second level gutter. (Awaiting photograph)

ITEM # 3 59 COURT STREET; (ST. PAUL’S EPISCOPAL CHURCH)
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace a portion of the vestibule roof (Designated Area “E”), see attached, with EPDM roof assembly.

ITEM # 4 Open Discussion:

Internal Commission discussion regarding;
Sequencing of applications for pre-meeting review, and subsequent commission discussion, including the delegation of responsibility.
General review of Commission policies and procedures.
Creation of sub-committee to update existing Guidelines and Standards.
Any additional operational issues from Commission members.
