PROPOSED MEETING –PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 7:00 PM at Dedham Town Hall, 26 Bryant Street, in the Town Manager’s Office Conference Area on the main floor
POSTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH PROVISIONS OF M.G.L. CHAPTER 30A SECTION 20 AS AMENDED
AGENDA:
ITEM # 1 Approval of minutes from meeting of October 24, 2018.
ITEM # 2 OLD VILLAGE CEMETARY:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the planned removal of 4 hemlock trees, and 1 sugar maple which have encroached on a gravesite dislodging the headstones.
ITEM # 3 243 LOWDER STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the existing asphalt shingle roof with new roofing; ‘Landmark Pro Designer Series” – Color ‘Charcoal Black’ Similar pattern to existing.
Repainting of dwelling in similar colors. House Body: Light Gray, Trim: as existing, off white, Doors: Black. (new color)
ITEM # 4 66 CHURCH STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install an array of solar panels on the south facing side of the rear roof face of the main house. (see attached plan)
ITEM # 5 OLD BUSINESS / NEW BUSINESS:
Update on 82 Court Street by building Inspector.
Update on Mother Brook ; Progress on Contract for Study (Drawings provided)
