·        Amend Zoning Bylaw Wireless Site Plan Review for in-kind replacement on behalf of Town Planner

·        Substance Abuse Treatment Center - on behalf of Town Planner and Building Department

·        Dimensional change for one-story detached accessory building - sponsored by Planning Board on behalf of the Building Department

·        Change to Mixed Use submittal requirements not requiring Major Non-Residential Project - on behalf of Town Planner

·        Create definition for Outpatient Facility and Medical Office, sponsored by Planning Board on behalf of the Building Department - after further discussion with Town Counsel not needed will discuss tonight

·        Change Use Table for Outpatient Facility - after further discussion with Town Counsel not needed will discuss tonight

·        Create definition for Lodging House and amend Use Table not allowing Lodging House - sponsored by Planning Board on behalf of the Building Department

·        Create definition and permitting requirements for Dwelling Unit Transient Occupant, and change Use Table to allow use by Special Permit - sponsored by Planning Board on behalf of the Building Department
